1. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
Customers are fully informed of these charges before completing their purchase.
2. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is successfully placed and dispatched:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- The email will include your tracking number and courier partner details
This allows you to conveniently track your shipment at every stage.
3. Delivery Timeline (Domestic Orders)
- Most orders are delivered within 1–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination state
- Only working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) are considered
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen logistics challenges may occasionally cause delays.
4. Mega Sale & High-Demand Periods
During special events, promotions, or mega sale periods:
- Order volumes may be significantly higher than usual
- Dispatch timelines may be extended
However, we aim to dispatch all such orders within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order.
5. International Shipping
For international orders:
- Estimated delivery timeline is 10–20 working days
- Timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations
6. Split Shipments
At times, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. This may occur when:
- Products are dispatched from different warehouse locations across India
Please note:
- This is a standard process to ensure faster delivery
